The Imaging Department at St Anthony’s Hospital offers a wide range of diagnostic imaging to include CT, MRI, Cardiac Catheterisation, Interventional Radiology and Mammography. The radiographers work across a range of modalities according to experience and are involved in a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to include PTCA, Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, CT Colography, Endovascular Aortic Grafts and other complex interventional examinations.

St Anthony’s is seeking to recruit Bank Staff for this busy Department. Applicants must be accurate and have good attention to detail, be reliable and work well as part of a Team. Flexibility to work different shifts to include weekends, evenings and early mornings, sometimes at short notice, is an essential requirement of this position.
The department opening times are:
Monday to Friday 6 am to 8 pm
Saturday 6 am to 3 pm
Sunday 10 am to 6 pm.
The successful applicant will need to be available to work on a full time basis for approximately 3 months, to learn the role, and thereafter shifts will be offered on a Bank basis.
Reception duties include: Welcoming all Patients, Visitors, Consultants and staff, ensuring the Reception area is kept tidy and free from obstructions, assisting with directions, wheelchairs and general enquiries, and assisting patients that arrive for admission.
Various administration duties include: Confirming insurance eligibility with insurance companies and taking payments from self financing patients, using the Hospital database to confirm and update patient information, preparing patient notes for future admission and routine filing and photocopying.
